About This Project
Proposed center for the new CBD for the city of LinYi, the project twin tower high-rise building are designed to meet Net Zero target for energy efficiency by using green and innovative technologies. The design strategy uses wind turbines powered by the chimney affect created with double skin glass in the twisting tower, this provides longer air travel with higher wind velocity to power double stack of wind turbines in each strand of the the 65 floor high twisted tower. Main city public plaza is connected with plaza bridge over the main road to the twin towers, the complex has mix use of hotel, office HQ, auditorium, commercial and retail space.
