About This Project
The project is located in the city center of Luoyang, Henan Province, China. The design adopts the peony flower as reference , as it is the city’s symbol and their passion for growing and exporting the flower with annual world renowned peony festival. The architectural volume of the tower shrinks gradually from base to the top. Tower is anchor to low and mid-rise commercial and retail development.
