About This Project
Major master plan for new town encompasses area of 150 hectares, as walkable community and healthy city with facilities such as shopping and commercial centers , financial district, educational and cultural district, water canals trough the residential areas, parks, medical research facilities, hospital, and assisted living facilities to create economic and ecological self sustains town. The main feature of the water canals creating landscapes and many patterns for neighborhoods with different atmospheric themes.
